Chelsea is a one-year-old Shih Tzu mix with a fresh start and a whole lot of love to give. When she arrived, her coat was severely matted and uncomfortable, so she had to be shaved down—but underneath it all was a sweet, gentle girl just waiting to shine. Now feeling so much better, Chelsea is happier, more comfortable, and ready to soak up all the affection she can get. She’s got a soft spirit, a resilient heart, and can’t wait to find a home where she’ll always be cared for and cherished.
