Meet alvin
This is Alvin, he's 5 but he still has tons of puppy energy. He's incredibly lovable, wags his tail at strangers on his walks, always wants to play. It breaks our hearts to have to put him up for adoption, but he's been growling at our toddler and we have another baby on the way. He's extremely trainable, highly food motivated, and has great scenting skills, but he just doesn't seem to like small children. He loves playing with dogs at the park but has also gotten defensive and snappy with dogs that act aggressively towards him, but he's also pretty good about giving signs when he's uncomfortable. If he was in a house with another dog, they would have to be introduced first to see if they get along. He doesn't like cats at all. A house with a fenced in yard would be best so he get his energy out. He eats food for sensitive stomachs and that keeps him from having to get his glands expressed. All shots are up to date, he's completely healthy otherwise. He just needs a home without kids.
