Meet kayvee
Kayvee is the definition of a gentle, loving soul! She truly lives to love and to please her person.
Kayvee is a quick learner, and she does a cute ballerina dance when she wants to be picked up. She loves her squeaky toys and going outside to chase squirrels. She does well on a leash for walks. She is okay with a crate, but prefers to sit on foster mom's lap. Her favorite place to sleep is in the human bed where she feels safe.
Other dogs: She coexists nicely with other small dogs and tends to do her own thing, though she does enjoy a little “chat” with the neighbor’s dog through the fence.
Children: Slow to warm up to children, and is learning that little human visits can be safe.
Adults: Kayvee is slow to warm up to strangers, and she is working on becoming accustomed to men.
Potty Training Progress: Kayvee is house-trained and is working on defined signaling.
Other things to know about HHR Kayvee: Kayvee would do best in a quiet home with small dogs and the adopter is home more than not. Large crowds and children make her nervous, so a home without children would be best.
