Pom Pom – Tiny Pomeranian, Big Feelings, Even Bigger Love

Pom Pom is a 2-year-old fluff ball who came to us as a stray, scared, overwhelmed, and doing her very best to survive a world that felt way too big for such a tiny girl. The shelter was simply too much for her, and she didn’t show her best self there… but we saw something special and knew she just needed a chance.

And wow… were we right.

Pom Pom is the kind of dog who needs a little time. About a week of patience, soft voices, and letting her come to you. She is not going to be your “instant best friend” dog, but once you earn her trust, she is all in. The shy, unsure pup turns into a sweet, loyal, slightly silly little shadow who just wants to be near her person.

She is looking for a calm, loving home. Ideally someone who is home more often than not and wants a constant companion. She would thrive with a quieter, patient human who understands that the best things take time and is willing to let her blossom at her own pace.

Pom Pom is still working through some anxiety, and we are supporting her with our vet to help her feel her best. She is also still learning her potty routine, so she will need consistency, structure, and a little grace as she continues to improve.

She would love to be your one and only, but could share her home with a calm, respectful dog who gives her space and doesn’t expect too much from her right away.

Pom Pom is not the dog for everyone. But for the right person, she will be everything.

The ones who need a little extra understanding? They love the hardest. And Pom Pom is ready to give her whole heart to someone willing to give her the chance.
