Poor Frankie was released by his owner, left to fend for himself when he was no longer wanted. He came to us with a bad flea infestation which resulted in a serious skin infection. After medication, baths, and other TLC, Frankie is finally looking for a new home, one that will actually want to have him there to love and cherish. Frankie has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has tested neg. for heartworm which is included in the adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this dog, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays)
