Meet rooman
Rooman is a house-trained, crate-trained boy who has attended dog daycare and knows several basic commands, including `sit` and `shake.` He enjoys learning and is food-motivated, making him a great candidate for continued training. Rooman would benefit from additional leash training and ongoing socialization to help him become the best companion he can be. He is devoted to his family and has a natural protective instinct, so he will do best with an owner who can provide clear leadership and continued positive reinforcement training.Rooman has a history of doing well with children. However, recently, while recovering from a broken toe and wearing a cast, he nipped a 12-year-old. Because this occurred while he was in pain and recovering from his injury, it is believed to have been a pain-related response rather than typical behavior. As with any dog, children should always be supervised and taught to respect a dog`s space, especially when the dog is injured or not feeling well.
