Meet Lupine, a 7-month-old Siberian Husky pup with a big personality packed into one fluffy, energetic body! Lupine is still learning that the world (and people!) can be a safe and fun place. He can be initially fearful and is a bit under-socialized, so he’s looking for a home with children 12 and older who can respect his need for patience and space as he builds confidence. Right now, Lupine tends to trust other dogs more than humans, and he truly shines when he has canine friends to help show him the ropes. This clever pup is incredibly smart—sometimes so smart that he likes to test boundaries! His future family should be ready and excited to take on a training challenge. With consistency, structure, and positive reinforcement, Lupine has all the potential to grow into a well-rounded and loyal companion. We’ve seen him become more relaxed, engaged, and responsive after spending time in playgroup, where he gets the mental and physical stimulation he craves. True to his breed, Lupine is also quite the vocal communicator! He’s not shy about sharing his thoughts, so adopters should be prepared for some Husky-style conversations.
