Lucy is a 12-year-old shepherd mix who has been abandoned in her final years. Through no fault of her own, she is now facing being taken to a shelter on Monday… where she may not make it out.
She doesn’t deserve this ending.
She is not a bad dog.
She is not aggressive.
She is just older… and needs a quiet, loving place to rest and be cared for.
Lucy would do best as the only pet, in a calm home where she can feel safe. She still has love to give. She still has life in her.
She just needs someone to say… “you matter.”
