Meet hondo
Meet Hondo!
This adorable 3-year-old Cairn Terrier is as charming as they come, with a sweet personality and the cutest little trot that will steal your heart in no time. Hondo seems to be discovering the joys of “normal” dog life, and it’s been a delight watching him learn and grow. He especially loves being outdoors, snow is a brand-new adventure for him, and he’s all about exploring it!
Hondo is a gentle, easygoing boy who does great with baths and brushing, making him a breeze to care for. He’s also a low-shedding pup and not much of a barker, which makes him a wonderful companion for a quieter home.
Like many dogs adjusting to a new routine, Hondo is still working on marking, so he’ll need to wear a belly band for now until neutering helps resolve that. He’s also a bit selective with other dogs and wasn’t a fan of his foster’s pup, though she may have been a little too much for him, so slow introductions or a home where he can be the only dog may be best.
With his sweet nature and adorable face, Hondo is ready to find a patient, loving home where he can continue to blossom into the happy, confident dog he’s meant to be.
All CSHS pups are spayed/neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, 4DX negative (if older than 6 months), dewormed and microchipped.
