Meet whisk
Want a little snuggle-bug of a Rat Terrier Mix?!... This is Whisk. She is so sweet it's memorable, even in a shelter full of loveable dogs.
Whisk is a smidge "shy" initially but comes around pretty quickly. Then she just wants all your hugs and love. She is also cute and fun, like her sister Colander (also up for adoption), who she lived with in the past, along with a couple other dogs. She's open to going home with her sister, if an adopter wanted both, as they've always lived peacefully together, or she could go home by herself. (We do feel both sisters care more about the human attention available to them than necessarily remaining together, but they'd be just fine doing so). If a potential adopter had a resident dog, we'd want to host a meeting here at the shelter to make sure they seemed to be a good match. She is looking for a home without a cat.
