Meet Brownie!
At about 8 months old, Brownie is a sweet young girl who is still discovering how wonderful life can be. Her favorite thing? Snuggling up with her people. She has a very loving nature and is happiest when she’s close by soaking up attention.
Brownie does great with other dogs and would really enjoy having a playful canine friend in her forever home. She’s also very respectful of dogs who prefer their space—she’s been living with a senior dog who isn’t interested in playing, and Brownie has been wonderfully polite about it.
She walks nicely on a leash and enjoys getting out to explore the world with her humans. Brownie is still working on potty training, but she does well when kept on a consistent schedule and is continuing to improve as she settles into her routine.
Brownie is comfortable in a kennel, though she can have a little separation anxiety at first. She may whine for about 5–10 minutes when you leave, but she does settle down.
If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will happily snuggle up after a day of fun, Brownie might just be your girl!
