Hi! My name is Xena and just like the fictional warrior from TV, I’m a force to be reckoned with. I’m a strong independent lady but that doesn’t mean I’m heartless. I love a good belly rub or ear scratch. I enjoy hanging out with my friends… when I’m not vanquishing my foes… mostly though I’m just a big softy. Laying around, cuddling up to someone for a good scratch is so nice. I’m good with other dogs, even the puppies that are always after me to teach them the ways of the warrior. Smh, silly little puppies. I’m housetrained and good on a leash. I’m 11 years old and in these late years and after many battles I just want a place to rest, reflect, and spend time with someone that loves me. If interested come to the Wilson County Animal Shelter today between 9am and 4pm (M-F) to do a meet and greet and fall in love with this amazing warrior and help her hang her shield up forever. Adoption fee is $114.
