She has a medium energy level and enjoys time to run and play, especially in a yard, but is just as happy relaxing and entertaining herself with a toy. Reya will thrive in a calm, patient home where she can continue building confidence at her own pace with the support of her people.Reya takes a little time to feel comfortable with new people and appreciates slow, thoughtful introductions. Once she warms up, her sweet and loving personality shines through. She has done great with the kids she’s met and would do well with dog-savvy children who can respect her space. Reya absolutely loves other dogs and could enjoy having a canine sibling to help her feel more confident, but could also do well as a solo dog. While she hasn’t met cats yet, her easygoing nature suggests she would likely do well with proper introductions. She especially loves playing with other dogs but is also content chewing on a toy on her own.Reya is fully house trained and has had no accidents in her foster home. She is crate trained and settles in her crate, sometimes taking a little time to get comfortable, but improving with consistency and routine. Reya is still building confidence on leash and can feel nervous when out on walks, especially in busier environments. She would do well with a patient adopter who can help her continue to gain confidence and feel safe as she explores the world.Reya is a truly special pup who is ready to blossom in the right home.
