Ellie was found as a stray after being hit by a car. Instead of a safe home to recover in, she’s lying in a shelter kennel on a blanket, hurting and confused.
Despite everything she’s been through, Ellie is still gentle, loving, and sweet with people. She looks up with those soft, hopeful eyes every time someone walks by, hoping someone will stop and care.
Ellie needs surgery to survive, and a rescue is willing to help her — but they cannot step in unless a foster home is secured first.
Right now her life is hanging in the balance.
Without a foster, the rescue cannot pull her.
Without the rescue, she cannot get the surgery she desperately needs.
