Hi!! I'm Sunshine! Nice to meet you! I'm a 1 year old doberman! I am on the small side-around 52 lbs.
Great with dogs and kids! I thrive when a human provides leadership and structure! What does that look like? Crate training, routine, exercise, and love! give me that I will give you the moon! I am a wonderful dog! A total dog's dog but I could absolutely fly solo if you were able to provide me ample time to hang out with my friends! My foster sister (a Labrador mix named Harper thinks I am the best thing ever btw). Can't wait to meet you!
Please note: All of our dogs reside in private foster homes. Once you submit an application, our volunteer adoption team will screen it; if your application is a potential match for a specific dog, it will be forwarded to the foster parent, who will contact you to answer questions and schedule a meet-and-greet. Please be aware that we do not transport our dogs. If you are applying from out of state, we require that you travel to Los Angeles to meet us and ensure the dog returns home with you via a car or an in-cabin flight. https://www.apurposefulrescue.org/adoptable-dogs
