A Royal Decree from Her Majesty, Queen Angel the First, Ruler of Blankets and Protector of The Lap - Hear ye, hear ye!
Let it be known across all couches, beds, and suspiciously unoccupied soft surfaces that I, Her 10 year young Majesty Angel, 9.5 Pounds of Supreme Authority, do hereby issue this decree:
All blankets within this kingdom are mine. They shall be fluffed, warmed, and arranged in proper burrito formation upon request (request = eye contact).
I have chosen One Human. This human is my Throne. My Heater. My Loyal Subject. All others may admire from a respectful distance.
Other animals are tolerated only in theory. In practice, they may file their petitions elsewhere.
Cuddles are mandatory. Personal space is optional (for you).
My ears shall remain alert at all times, for I am both delicate princess and mighty 9.5-lb guardian of the realm.
Be advised: I am sweetness wrapped in velvet…with a dash of spice for dramatic emphasis.
