Meet cameron
Meet Cameron – the happy, goofy girl who’s been waiting over a year for someone to finally choose her!
Cameron is an estimated 5-year-old spayed female with a big personality and an even bigger heart.
She’s housebroken, crate trained, and knows many commands including sit, down, heel, stay, wait, eat, no, and crate (“pen”). Cameron is eager to please and learns quickly. She’s also very polite at mealtime—she sits and waits until you say “ok, eat.”
Cameron enjoys walks, play sessions, snuggling, chewing on toys (Benebones, plush toys, frozen Kongs), and relaxing with her people. She even loves watching TV—especially Animal Planet—and picking cucumbers and other veggies from the garden! She’s not much of a barker and is great for baths and nail trims.
She has medium energy, enjoys several walks a day, and would love a fenced yard to stretch her legs.
Cameron loves people and car rides.
She is still working on her manners around other dogs, so she would likely do best as the only dog in the home while continuing her training.
Cameron came to BCAS as a stray in January 2025 and was listed as "Urgent" rescue due to kennel stress and skin issues. With the love and care of her foster family, she has made an incredible recovery and blossomed into the beautiful, joyful dog she is today.
After over a year in foster care, Cameron is ready for the forever home she deserves. Her foster family loves her dearly and would love nothing more than to see her finally get her happy ending.
