Meet kingston
Kingston is a pure bred chocolate lab. He was born 6/2024. We adopted him at 7 weeks old and brought him home to incorporate him into our existing pack. He is very loving and SUPER smart! House trained, kennel trained, walks well on a leash, basket muzzle trained. He loves to play fetch!
As Kingston got older we started to notice food/resource guarding. We don't keep any food out, and he eats separately from our other pets. He has shown aggression to our other dogs (has a bite history with other dogs). He has never shown any aggression towards people, although he can be shy around new people. He has been neutered, we have done behavior consults and unfortunately for the safety of the rest of our dogs we need to find him a new home.
He needs an experienced dog owner. He ABSOLUTELY needs to be the only dog in the home. He would be a risk to other pets in the household. We really want to find him a home. From our research, our other options are very bleak.
