If you’re looking for a shadow with four paws and the sweetest little heart, Layla is your girl.
This 10-week-old Border Collie × Australian Cattle Dog mix leans much more toward her collie side — gentle, sensitive, and incredibly people-focused. While her sister may be the bossy adventurer, Layla is the snuggler, the observer, the one who just wants to be close to you.
She’s happiest curled up at your feet, following you from room to room, or soaking up all the pets she can get. Layla bonds deeply with her humans and has that soft, loyal nature that makes border collies so special.
Don’t worry — she’s still a puppy! She loves to play and explore, but her energy is a bit more easygoing and thoughtful. She’s smart, eager to learn, and very in tune with her people, which will make training a breeze.
We expect her to be around 35 lbs full grown — the perfect medium size for adventures, road trips, and couch cuddles alike. She’ll thrive in a home that wants a close companion and understands the needs of an intelligent working-breed mix.
