Meet Hero 🐾- 6-Year-Old German Shepherd
Hero is a loyal, intelligent, and playful dog looking for a loving, experienced home. He can be wary of new people, is aggressive with some dogs but playful with others, and has never been around children, so he needs a home that understands his personality.

Loves walks, hiking, car rides, and trips to the beach 🌄🏖️
House-trained, sleeps on the couch, doesn't chew on things.
Extremely smart, protective, and playful; enjoys tag, tug-of-war, and adventures
Picky eater: eats once a day (dry food + chicken heart, liver, chicken breast, tuna, or salmon), snacks include eggs, cheese sticks, and peanut butter, and gets a Milk Bone reward
Health:
Has autoimmune eye condition Pannus, well-controlled with medication
