Meet leo
My partner and I came across Leo one summer evening about 2 years ago. He had been neglected for many years when we found him. He was a greyish black with dark tears staining his face. He looked sad and traumatized and we didn’t hesitate to ask his owner if we could take him. They didn’t hesitate to give him to us and we’ve cared for him ever since.
From what we know of his history he was heavily bullied by the German shepherds the family had. They wouldn’t allow him to eat or drink. This caused him to fear other dogs. The reason I say he does well with other dogs and cats is because we had him around 2 other dogs and a cat previously and he warmed up to them very well. So it’s not impossible for him to coexist with other animals.
He is very sweet and loving. He loves physical affection and being outside. He spent a lot of time on a ranch so he is used to the outdoors. I’m hoping to find someone with a backyard or someone who is willing to take him out regularly.
