Meet lucy and bailey
Lucy and Bailey are a bonded pair of senior Shih Tzus looking for a home together. Lucy (female) is 12 years old and 15 pounds, and Bailey (male) is 9 years old and 14 pounds. They're both very friendly and get along well with other dogs. Bailey is a bit more outgoing and sociable, while Lucy is more reserved. They are not overly attached and can enjoy time apart, snuggling with other dogs or playing with people.
Bailey recently had a dental where they removed 24 teeth. His blood work looks good, but the vets noted a grade 1 to 2 heart murmur. Lucy is scheduled to have dental surgery on March 18th. She had an ultrasound for elevated liver values when she first arrived, but the doctors didn't find anything, and her values are normal now.
Both dogs are fixed, have recently had full blood work, and are up-to-date on vaccinations.
