Jamaica is 4 months old and weighs 15 lbs. She is a sweet and happy girl with a wonderful, easygoing personality. She has a gentle nature and a friendly disposition that makes her a joy to be around.
She enjoys playing with other dogs and spending time with people. Jamaica is crate trained, leash trained, and currently working on potty training as she continues to learn the routine in her foster home. She does well with other dogs and would likely enjoy having a canine companion to play with. She has not been tested with cats yet, but because she is still young she may do well with proper introductions.
Jamaica is a Sato, which is the name used for Puerto Rican street dogs. Satos are known for being incredibly resilient, loyal, and wonderful family companions. Many come from difficult beginnings but grow into devoted, loving pets.
Jamaica is being fostered in Hanover, MD.
