Meet aksel
We rescued Aksel from the Dallas shelter when he was 10 weeks old, he is about 1 now. He is truly a great dog, he walks well on the leash, knows a few tricks like sit, shake, lay down, center, and watch your 6. He can be off leash but would need time to adjust to his new people.
He gets along with other dogs and has participated in doggy splash days etc. he is not reactive.
He needs someone who is more active than we are with him. He loves walks and adventure. I would say he would need a backyard and would not be a good apartment dog unless he was walked daily.
His training potential is so great, he is so smart and has been a joy to teach and raise, unfortunately with my new schedule I am unable to give him the exercise an attention he needs.
