Buffalo came into a high kill shelter as a stray. The shelter was ready to euthanize him because they said he was unsocial. He was a puppy! A scared puppy in a noisy shelter with lots of large noisy dogs barking LOTS!! We couldn't let that happen so we found a foster and we pulled him out of the shelter and saved him. That "non-social" puppy was a happy boy by the next morning. He was wagging his tail, eating treats and snuggling with his foster
