Meet xena
*MEET XENA*
I am about 10 months old.
I am lean and very tall, but I am told I will grow into my clumsy body soon.
I am very smart and I learn quickly.
I love to play and run, then play some more.
I really like to be around my people. I will follow them everywhere.
I am not fond of being left alone.
I am kennel and house trained.
I am good with other dogs, bigger dogs are more fun because we can wrestle and play!
I am mostly good with cats. They are so mysterious and interesting.
Xena was abandoned and picked up by a family friend. When they could no longer keep her, my husband and I took her in. The shelters were likely to euthanize her because of her breed, and we just couldn't let that happen. Ideally, we would love for her to go to someone who is familiar with the breed. However, she will be happy in any home that provides her with love and attention!
