Meet sage
Sage is a handsome Husky/German Shepherd mix located in Metairie, LA who is looking for a loving home. He is 5 years old and approximately 70 lbs.
Sage is neutered, potty-trained, leash-trained, and has previously completed professional behavioral training through a 4-week program. He is fairly low energy but still active.
Sage is an amazing pet but his family is preparing for their second baby (due in April) and Sage does not do great with active babies/toddlers that are still learning appropriate boundaries. They can’t provide Sage with the life he deserves and I want to make sure he is given that.
Sage does fine with older children; while he is friendly with other dogs, he would do best in a single-dog home as that is all he has known. He has not been around cats. I am hoping I can help my dear friends find a new home for this amazing baby.
