Meet Tyson!
Tyson is an 8-year-old sweetheart with the perfect balance of playful energy and laid-back charm. He’s a fetch enthusiast and he’ll happily chase it with the enthusiasm of a pup half his age! Playtime is his favorite time, and he’ll gladly keep the game going as long as you’re willing to throw.
When it’s time to relax, Tyson transforms into the ultimate couch companion. He loves lounging by your side (or better yet, right on your lap!) and soaking up all the cuddles he can get. A true cuddle bug, he’s happiest when he’s close to his people. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow, Tyson is your guy he will stick by your side no matter what and be your constant, loving companion.
Tyson does have an allergy to chicken, so he will need to stay on a strict chicken-free diet. He is currently on a special food diet here at the shelter that does not contain chicken, and it’s important that he continues with similar food in his new home. We recommend keeping a close eye on his allergies, and if you notice any flare-ups or concerns, please have him seen by a veterinarian to ensure he stays happy and healthy.
With the right diet and lots of love, Tyson will thrive. He’s ready to find a family who will toss the ball, share the couch, and give him all the snuggles he deserves. Could that be you?
