What we know: Adopted from CPR earlier this year, returned because the owner is moving to FL and could not find a solution to be able to take Emmy with her.

From the foster: This beautiful girl is ready to find her forever family! Emmy has been bounced around quite a bit so she will need consistency to let her personality shine.
Emmy is potty trained and overall a very well behaved 10 month old, no chewing incidents.
She has showed some anxiety since being returned, she will pace and whine a little but that seems to have subsided by day 3.
She seems to attach strongly to women and she loves kids!
She has growled at my husband a couple times when he has approached me and my daughter while we are laying in bed so I have been working with her to keep her off the bed. Beds seem to be a protective area for her so I would have her sleep in a separate area or a crate. She does initially grumble in the crate but will calm down after a bit. I have also left her in a separate room uncrated alone and she does fine.

Emmy has some interesting features including a kinked tail and only 3 toes on each back paw, she was born this way.
This litter is medium to high energy, so she would thrive in a home that’s ready for fun, activity, and playtime. She would do best with a doggy playmate, she does great with all my dogs. She may guard high value treats so best to give her those in a separate area. I have not had any guarding issues with regular dog food. She is extremely food motivated, and will need training to be her best self. She does know sit and shake.
This girl deserves a family that will stick with her, she is really a big puppy that just needs direction.
