Meet onyx
Onyx was found abandoned at a park, and I first came across his story on TikTok. Unfortunately, his past before that is unknown. He’s still a young dog with lots of puppy energy. Onyx is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and very loyal. He’s also quite clingy.
Because of some guarding tendencies, I believe he would do best as the only dog in the home. While he does okay with my pugs, my male pug isn’t comfortable with him, and I don’t want to risk any issues especially when I’m away at work. Onyx really needs consistent attention, structure, and plenty of exercise to thrive.
I originally brought him into our pack hoping to give him a loving home, but since moving into a studio apartment, I can’t provide the space and time he truly needs. I’m not sure how he is with children, so due to his guarding behavior, I would recommend a home with a single person or a couple who can give him the stability, patience, and love he deserves.
