Meet meeko
5 year old Border Collie / Catahoula Leopard mix looking for a loving forever home. He is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves people, kids, and cuddling. He enjoys playing fetch, going on walks, and would do best with an active lifestyle and a yard where he can run and play.
He is friendly with cats and small dogs, but he needs to be the only large dog in the home because he recently has been aggressive towards other big dogs. I think it’s from being scared and anxious from moving around. He pulls on the leash but I have recently started leash training him. He is fully vaccinated and has completely recovered from surgery after being hit by a car this past summer. He knows commands and can pick up tricks pretty quickly.
Unfortunately, I cannot keep him because my mom sold her house and I’m unable to care for him properly in my apartment, especially with my school and work schedule.
