SANDY's Story
Sandy was running down the highway with a tight rope around their neck.
We were able to safely rescue her from harm!
Sandy is a 3 yr old Min Pin/Chihuahua blend! She weighs 12lbs.
Sandy is a sweet and affectionate girl. She is a little shy of strangers so she will need some time to warm up and then soon, she will be in your lap!
Sandy is good with other dogs and needs another small dog in the home for companionship.
Sandy needs a foster or an adopter!
