Meet canela
Canela is a sweet, gentle little dachshund with the most loving personality. She absolutely adores attention and cuddles and will happily soak up all the affection you are willing to give. She is wonderful with children; I have two toddlers, and she is incredibly patient and sweet with them. She can be a bit vocal around other dogs and tends to bark at them at first. However, with time, patience, and proper introductions, I believe she could adjust and do just fine. This has been an incredibly difficult decision because Canela is my beautiful girl and I love her dearly. But I love her enough to know she deserves a home where she can receive the time, attention, and affection she truly needs. With me working full-time, caring for two toddlers, my husband working two full-time jobs, and my brother (who has been helping with her care) moving out of state, we simply no longer have the time she deserves. This choice has been heart breaking and carefully considered.
