Meet rosie
Rosie is 5 years old. Had her with the family 2 years. Spayed. She received rabies and shots from MPLS animal control before we got her Jan 2024. She has been healthy and not needed any vet care ever since.
Rosie is a sweet Dog that likes to be around people. She can be timid and likeley has some trauma in her past. She does great with our 4 Kids and gets along with most bigger dogs. She had a big brother to play with for a while but Geronimo( 60 lb pitbull) passed 6 months after we got her. She has a strong predator drive so she is unpredictable around smaller dogs and animals.
Behaviorally she can be bit stubborn, she jumps up on people when they come over and she sometimes gets into things (people food or paper) when we leave the house. We found that putting her in a bedroom before we leave is helpful to keep her out of trouble. I think if someone has more time to work with her consistently and give her more regular excersise she would behave much better.
