Meet brooklyn
Brooklyn is a small brindle and white Boston terrier. She was consigned to a dog breeder auction where she was listed as a 5 month old puppy, as part of a complete kennel dispersal. Although all of her paperwork confirmed the '5 month old' story, the vet determined that she is probably 2-3 years old and was pregnant at the time of the auction. A few weeks later, Boston delivered 2 live and sadly, 3 dead puppies. She did raise her 2 living pups and they have since been adopted. Brooklyn has now been spayed, heartworm tested (negative), vaccinated and wormed and is ready for her new home. She is a typical breeder-release adult: shy, not socialized, completely ignorant of dog/human interactions. She will need an experienced, patient adopter to show her that hands don't always hurt and laps are nice places to be. She is a quiet little girl who ignores the cats and would probably do well with another dog to keep her company and show her the ropes. She weighs 11 pounds 11 ounces.
