Cesar isn’t the kind of guy who falls in love on the first date. New people can be overwhelming for him, and he needs a little time and patience before he lets his walls down. He’s incredibly intelligent and loves to learn, but he’s also got that classic stubborn streak that comes with the breed. Cesar needs an adopter who understands that training doesn’t end after adoption and is committed to continuing the work that’s already been started.
He’s potty trained and has come a long way learning to walk on a leash, but he can still be reactive when he’s in his crate, so he’ll do best with someone willing to help him keep building confidence.
