Meet kiba
Our family adopted Kiba about 3 years ago. Sense then Kiba has been a great part of the family! She is one of the best dogs I have ever owned. Unfortunately, we now have a newborn which has made having a dog in the house more problematic.
Kiba is great with our kids, including our newborn.
We walk her regularly.
We have not visited many dog parks, but we do leave Kiba in a boarding kennel where she plays with many other dogs. We have never gotten a bad report from any of the kennels we have used.
Kiba is crate trained and we usually leave her in her crate at night and when we are away from the house.
Despite being a Husky, Kiba is a very quiet dog. She doesn’t respond loudly to other dogs or people. Kiba is also good about not jumping on people when first meeting them.
She is relatively easy to walk. The only issues are small animals and other dogs. It is not a big problem, and I use an easy walking harness to make controlling her even easier.
I have never seen her with cats.
