Hey there, Im Gunner.Im five years old, full of heart, and built for fun. I grew up with small children and was always gentle with them, but Ill admit I sometimes forget just how big I am. Every now and then I can tumble a toddler in my excitement, so I need to meet all the kids in the home to make sure were a good match. I never mean to cause trouble; I just have a lot of love and enthusiasm to share.Im happiest when Im moving. Running, hiking, wrestling with another dog who can keep up with me, or chasing a ball across the yard are some of my favorite things. Im still working on the whole bring the ball back part, but I make up for it with charm. When the adventure winds down, I settle beautifully and turn into a first-class snuggler. Curling up with my people after a long day is one of lifes great joys.Ive been told Im kennel trained and housetrained, which makes settling into a new home much easier. Im also the kind of dog whos up for anything. Car rides, trail walks, lazy afternoons on the couch binge-watching your latest show-Im all in. If youre looking for a loyal, energetic companion who brings laughter and warmth wherever he goes, I might be your guy.
