Could Ivy be your girl?
Ivy is about 2 years old and currently thriving in foster care, where her fosters have so many wonderful things to say about her. She’s fully house trained and crate trained, making her an easy, well mannered addition to the home. Treat motivated and eager to please, Ivy has already mastered commands like sit, crate, bed, and off and she’s clearly excited to keep learning.
She’s the perfect mix of fun and relaxed. Ivy enjoys walks and playtime and brings great energy when it’s time to move, but she’s just as happy curling up in bed and embracing her inner couch potato.
Ivy forms strong bonds with her people and loves her household deeply. She can be a little cautious with unfamiliar strangers, so a lower traffic home where she can settle in and feel secure would help her shine. While she’s friendly with kids, a quieter household without young children may be the best fit for her personality. She appears to do well with other dogs and would be open to meeting a potential canine sibling.
