Meet lena
We adopted Lena in November 2020 after she briefly spent some time at a shelter. She is now 8 years old and still very energetic & athletic, always friendly with people, and usually warms up to other dogs quickly though she can be a bit jumpy/skittish at first. Lena is extremely food motivated, but we've never had issues with biting or aggression. She rarely ever barks, though sometimes whines when her breakfast/dinner is running late. She has always been in relatively good health; her only issues are common pitbull allergies such as ear infections, dry skin/itchiness, and a sensitive stomach. She is up to date on all vaccinations & has had healthy annual check ups that revealed no underlying concerns. For her next owner(s), we think she'd do best where someone is usually home & committed to frequent training/attention as she can be somewhat anxious. Lena could benefit from some initial crate training in her new home, but will love snuggling up under blankets/on a couch in no time.
