Meet Kingston! This big, handsome gentleman came to our shelter as a puppy and was adopted, but has now made his way back into our care. Kingston still acts like a puppy, he's just bigger now! This genius knows lots of tricks like sit, stay, lay down, come. If you get the chance to meet him, ask him to show off a little bit! Although he's got his tricks down, Kingston could still use some training on basic manners. He loves people so much that his excitement can overtake him a bit and result in some jumping, so he just needs to learn how to contain himself a bit! Kingston is noted to be a big teddy bear of a dog and loves any attention he can get, especially belly rubs! He's also a big foodie, but please don't try to take his food, he's not big into sharing. Kingston has lived with older kids and a cat before and may do well in a home with kids/cats again, but would require slow intros to ensure things go well. This active boy is an athlete as well as a brainiac, so he'll need plenty of mental and physical enrichment in whatever home he ends up in.
