Meet mabel
Mabel is a beautiful 5-year-old German Shepherd with a gentle heart and so much love to give. She was rescued from a puppy mill situation where she was used for breeding. Despite that difficult beginning, she is incredibly sweet, people-oriented, and eager to bond with her person.
I am not her original owner - I rescued her about a month ago and have been caring for her since to help get her healthy and on the right path. She deserves a stable, committed forever home, and I am dedicated to finding the best possible fit for her.
She is:
- Crate trained
- Wonderful in the car (she loves rides!)
- Medium-to-low energy
- Very affectionate and loves to cuddle
- Learning her basic commands and eager to please
- Walks well on leash
Because of her background, she would do best as the only dog in the home, or with an experienced adopter who can provide careful, structured introductions and management.
After everything she has given in her short life, it's finally her turn to be cherished.
