Meet monte
Monte is an estimated 9-year-old gentle giant I rescued in 2022. He is a big, loving boy with a calm, affectionate personality and will happily melt into you for snuggles. He loves walks, lounging nearby, and being close to his person.
He lives well with his current dog brother but has had two bad interactions with unfamiliar dogs, so he would do best as the only dog or with very slow, experienced introductions. He is not good with cats.
Monte is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, on flea/tick prevention, and very healthy.
Since our move from Texas to a busy city apartment, he has struggled with the noise and long days alone. He would thrive in a calmer home where he can get the attention and stability he deserves. He is a loyal, loving companion ready for a peaceful forever home. đź’›
