At West Valley Animal Rescue, we do things a bit differently. While many rescues take days to respond or never reply at all, we move fast. The application (link below) is the first step and helps us confirm that you and your household are a great fit. Once you submit it, text us right away. We’ll review it quickly, and if approved, we can often schedule a same-day adoption appointment so dogs spend less time waiting and more time loved.

💗 Meet Yolanda 💗 Tiny, soft, and happiest curled in your lap. Yolanda is a small, long-haired beauty with a gentle, affectionate nature and the sweetest love of snuggling close. She came to us from the recent 62-dog home we assisted with, and it is clear she was loved, as she has done well with kids and other dogs. Yolanda learned to use puppy pads in her previous home and is now being introduced to a dog door in foster care. Her favorite place in the world is right on a warm lap, soaking up quiet cuddles and companionship, and she will make a devoted little shadow to the lucky person who brings her home.

Yolanda’s adoption donation includes her age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, spay, microchip, collar and leash. Apply below to adopt Yolanda.

We are a foster-based rescue with homes mainly in Goodyear and Buckeye. If approved, you’ll meet a volunteer or foster family at a local pet store we partner with or at a foster home for adoption.
