Liberty is a three month old sweetheart who will take up permanent residence in your brain the same way the “Liberty, liberty, libertyyyy” jingle does. She is unexpected, unforgettable, and impossible to ignore. Once you meet her, you’ll find yourself thinking about her constantly, because her cuteness and affection are genuinely hard to shake. She is a cuddly, people loving puppy who wants to be as close to her humans as physically possible and will happily soak up pets, snuggles, being held, and naps in cozy dog beds.

She’s playful and loves to run around the yard with other dogs. Liberty is big dog friendly, small dog friendly, cat friendly (when briefly tested with cats), and has a naturally submissive, gentle personality that helps her fit right in as she warms up to a home. She truly seems happiest when she has company, human or canine.

With all the big changes she’s experienced recently, she is vocally protesting being left alone and may bark or whine in her kennel if she can hear or see you while kenneled. Because of this she would do best in a home, not apartment. She’s also still working on potty training, but she is already improving with consistency, routine, and patience. She is food motivated so kennel training with her food or a treat has been a breeze.

Liberty is fully vetted and ready for her forever home. She has received her DAPP vaccine, rabies vaccine, kennel cough vaccine, flea and tick prevention, is on heartworm prevention, microchipped, and spayed. She is still learning leash skills and basic house manners and will thrive in a home willing to continue her training with understanding and love.
