Say hello to sweet Natty, a darlin’ girl with a gentle heart and a joyful spirit who’s ready to find her forever home.Natty’s story began in a Memphis shelter, where she arrived as a tiny puppy. Thankfully, one of our dedicated TN fosters stepped in and welcomed her into a loving home for four important months. At first, Natty could be a little timid when meeting new people — but give her just a little time, and her true personality shines. Once she knows you, she greets you with full-body wiggles and excitement. In foster care, Natty had the best time playing with her canine siblings. She adores other dogs and would thrive with a playful companion who enjoys romping and wrestling as much as she does. Toys and chew bones are also high on her favorites list, and she’s always up for a good play session.She proved to be a smart girl as time proceeded— housetrained to a doggie door, comfortable in her crate, and well-behaved on car rides, where she would eventually settle nicely in the back seat.Today, Natty is continuing to blossom at a pet resort that generously offered her training, boarding, and socialization. She has been exposed to many different people and new experiences, helping her confidence grow even more. She’s learning her leash manners, practicing commands, and enjoying time in a play yard where she gets both exercise and continued training. She has shown herself to be eager to learn and responsive to guidance.Natty’s ideal home would include a secure yard where she can stretch her legs and play, along with a family committed to continuing her training and helping her build on the wonderful progress she’s already made.
