Meet basquiat
Basquiat is a 65lb 2/3yo pit/lab mix that thinks he is everybody’s best friend. This big boy is looking for a home that can handle his big body and big energy!
Basquiat was adopted from a small rescue in PA. While the rescue is willing to take him back, they do not have placement right now and his current owner is struggling to handle his size and energy but is working on training daily.
Basquiat is a sweet soul but does not realize his size. He loves all dogs but because of his excitability he does best playing with dogs his size. Basquiat loves cuddling in bed, loves snacks, and LOVES romping around the dog park with friends. Basquiat would thrive in a home that can continue working with him on his excitability around people and dogs, leash manners, and potty training. While he is about 85% potty trained, (he is wee pad trained) he needs someone to continue working on the training with him. With a knowledgeable adopter, and structure, I believe he will learn it much quicker.
