Meet trouble

Courtesy post for abandoned pup Hi. My name is Trouble… but I promise I’m not the kind you think. I used to live in a house in Baltimore. One day it got really cold. There was a hole in the roof. No heat. The snow was coming. I was sitting in a cage with no bed, barely any food, and water that ran out too fast. I didn’t understand why everything felt so quiet and empty. I tried to be good. I tried not to bark. I tried to wait. Right before the big snowstorm, someone came for me. She opened my crate and told me I was safe. I didn’t know what that meant yet… but I wanted to believe her. Now I’m staying with her family in Woodbine while she lives in Towson. They already have three big dogs, and their grandmother is helping take care of me. She loves me a lot. If they didn’t already have so many pups, I think I might have stayed forever. I curl up nicely. I’m quiet in my crate. I go outside to potty like I’m supposed to. I even just learned how to walk on a leash — and I’m pretty proud of that. I’m a small guy, even if I look bigger in pictures. I can be a little hyper when I first come out (I spent a lot of time crated before), but after a few minutes I just lay down on the floor and relax. I really just want to be near my people. I’m dog friendly. I was even crated with another dog and did just fine. When I didn’t know if food would come again, I did react around other dogs while eating… but now I eat in my crate and I’ve shown no aggression. I just don’t like feeling like I have to compete. I promise I’m better when I feel safe. Cats might not be my thing — I’m very curious about them. I’m not neutered yet, and I’m not sure about my shots. I know that’s not perfect. But I’m trying really hard to be. What I really want? A backyard. A person of my own. Maybe to be your one-and-only, or a home that understands crate feeding and patience. Someone who doesn’t mind a little outdoor adventure and a dog who will be loyal once he knows he’s staying. I don’t want to be someone’s “temporary.” I don’t want to sit in a cold house ever again. I just want a fighting chance. If you open your door for me, I will never stop being grateful. Please contact Katriana at 240-732-9888 if you can help me. Love, TroubleMarch 11, 2026, 11:13 am
