Meet lola

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Lola – A Sweet Soul Ready to Blossom   Lola is a beautiful Black Mouth Cur puppy who made the journey from an overcrowded shelter in Alabama to Pet Rescue By Judy alongside her sister, Layla. They traveled all the way to Florida in search of the loving forever homes they deserve — and now Lola is patiently waiting for hers. Lola is a gentle, sweet girl who can be a little shy when meeting new people or experiencing new situations. But give her just a little time and patience, and you’ll see her true personality shine. Once she warms up, she is affectionate, playful, and eager to be part of the fun. Because she looks to other dogs for reassurance, Lola would do especially well in a home with another dog — ideally a confident, friendly pup who can help show her the ropes and build her confidence. Having a canine companion will help her continue to blossom into the happy, secure dog she’s meant to be. As a young puppy, Lola is still learning about the world and will benefit from continued training, socialization, and positive experiences. Black Mouth Curs are known for being intelligent, loyal, and devoted companions, and Lola has all the potential to grow into an incredible family dog with love and guidance. Lola has already made a big trip for her second chance — now she just needs a patient and loving family to help her feel safe and cherished forever.   Important Information for New Puppy Parents   Welcoming a new puppy into your home is an exciting and rewarding experience—but it also comes with important responsibilities. To help your puppy grow into a happy, confident, and well-adjusted adult dog, dedication to obedience training, socialization, and consistent potty training is essential.   We strongly recommend that the entire family participates in puppy training classes. This not only helps build a strong bond with your new pup but also ensures that everyone is using the same commands and techniques, creating a clear and consistent environment for learning.   **Puppies thrive with structure, patience, and positive reinforcement—and so do their families! Let’s set them up for a lifetime of love and success.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 14, 2026, 11:13 pm
