Galaxy is a 12-year-old spayed terrier mix with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. Sweet, calm, and affectionate, she’s happiest curled up beside her person, soaking up attention and returning it tenfold. She spent many happy years in a quiet, loving home with an elderly caregiver, thriving as a devoted companion. Due to changes in her caregiver’s health, Galaxy is now seeking a new forever home through no fault of her own.
She has lived peacefully with another dog and a cat and knows how to share her space. While she hasn’t lived with children, she may do well with thoughtful introductions. Galaxy is crate-trained and only needs light, patient reinforcement with house-training as she adjusts. With her easygoing nature and love of cuddles, she would flourish in a calm home where she can enjoy a soft bed, a warm lap, and the comfort of being someone’s cherished companion for her golden years.
